Designed suspension a-arm fairings using CATIA, focusing on drag reduction and underbody flow conditioning to increase overall downforce and pitch stability. Conducted external aerodynamic CFD analysis in STAR-CCM+. Achieved a drag coefficient reduction of 0.2 and downforce coefficient increase of 0.3. Collaborated closely with suspension sub team to ensure feasibility and integration.

During my long-term internship with the Art of Speedracing (ASR) team, I served as the lead designer for the exterior and aerodynamics of the TC1.5 prototype racing car. I designed and developed the aerodynamic package and bodywork using CAD and CFD simulations, while also contributing to the thermal management system by optimizing cooling layouts. This work resulted in a complete aero and exterior design that improved aerodynamic efficiency and enhanced cooling reliability for endurance racing.

At Ningbo Zhiyu, I worked on the development of a hydrofoil boat where I was responsible for fluid simulation and performance optimization. Using Siemens STAR-CCM+, I performed multiphase VOF wave simulations and analyzed the flow field around the hydrofoil. My contributions provided actionable design insights that improved the lift-to-drag ratio and overall hydrodynamic efficiency of the vessel.

As the General Leader of the Formula Student Aerodynamics Team, I led the design, manufacturing, and testing of aerodynamic packages. Using CATIA for 3D modeling, STAR-CCM+ for CFD simulations, and carbon-fiber composite manufacturing techniques, I coordinated a team to deliver a package that increased downforce by 30%. These improvements helped the team win 2nd Prize in Formula Student China 2022 & 2024, 3rd Prize in 2023, and 4th in Endurance 2024.

As a data analysis assistant at IPEK, I contributed to engineering research by processing and analyzing large datasets. I applied Python for big data analysis, PDF and natural language processing, and API-based data handling.
