I was member of a team of 7 network engineers, we were dedicated to ReIP of about 70 sites sold by GE. All network devices found at sites were affected like Cisco routers, L2 and L3 switches, Cisco WLCs, APs and Cisco ASA firewalls. Main tasks were: Site discovery, IP Planning (set up DHCP), Implementation in three phases and updating DNS and CMDB

I was the focal point between Network/Voice Services Operations and Nigerian user community (30+ sites, 3000+ people), my duty was to help with network related projects and solve various network related tasks, engaging security, WAAS or Routing specialists if needed, including vendors like Cisco and circuit providers like AT&T

Technology & Network Analyst - 2nd Line Network Engineer (23 months) My main duty was LAN/WAN Severity 3 (12h SLA) Incident Management – troubleshooting network related incidents using ticketing systems.
