My main responsibilities: • Technical leadership for set-up of clinical trial logistics related systems for optimizing materials and shipping costs • Coordination with IVRS providers, review of logistics related requirement specifications • Implementation of study related solutions for data interfaces and transfers • Development of test scenarios for and execution of system UAT • Provide dedicated technical training to department staff • Provide reports and statistics for studies and department

I conduct logistics processes, in collaboration with other Clinical Logistics personnel, ensuring that projects are progressing and systems are set up and maintained according to quality standards, SOPs and applicable ICH-GxP and other applicable local regulation and industry guidelines. Main responsibilities: - Overseeing the logistics aspect of projects - Set-up of clinical trials - Preparing study documents and materials - Managing, tracking & tracing shipments

System configuration (customizing) Financial/Stocks/Commercial/Production module according to legal/group requirements. Global projects as team member (analysis, implementation, testing, rollout). Support of local departments and key users in day by day activities, for implementation and release-upgrades. Create/change reports. Presentations about the ERP system Infosys.
