As a result of Novartis Portfolio Transformation, the Animal Health division of the company was sold to Elanco- Eli Lilly. My task is to separate 60 +office,test and commercial sites and transfer them to the Buyer in 27 countries in EU, APAC and Americas regions, including the offboarding/onboarding of more than 3000 associates.
