As the leader of the transition support team I work on an ICT security transformation global roll-out program that is affecting 22 local business units worldwide in the company. The main objective is to implement measurable, internal built security architecture into the daily operation. Beside its many benefits offered to the clients, the methodology will also change the culture of thinking about security – it targets to make it everyone’s responsibility.

As member of the global IT Projects & Program Management team I had the opportunity to support both challenging major programs and manage minor infrastructure activities by applying the most accepted project delivery methodologies.

I managed a Global Information Security Administration team (with 30+ sub-ordinates) that provided internal IT customer services to 200+ thousands of clients from all over the world. The function of our team was always in scope of audits and we obtained excellent rating in my 6 consecutive years’ reviews. Still in this period I completed a function transition project from Warsaw to Budapest SSC. I also participated in the global access control process standardization program.

As a member of the Security Maintenance & System Administration teams, I was the first point of contact for end users with regards to AD issues, relational databases and other applications.
