Zvezdan Loncarevic

I am a researcher who recently completed a PhD at the Department of Automatics, Biocybernetics and Robotics at Jožef Stefan Institute/Jožef Stefan International Postgraduate School, Ljubljana, Slovenia, graduating in November 2023. My primary research focuses on autonomous robot behaviour generation using reinforcement learning, imitation learning and transfer learning using parametric representations of robot trajectories. During my participation on QU4LITY project, I specialized in optimizing actions for zero-defect manufacturing and deep learning techniques for adaptive visual quality inspection. In my previous role at the GOSTOP project, I applied autonomous learning and trajectory optimization for industrial robotics. Additionally, I am working on humanoid robotics and have been working with the PAL Talos humanoid robot, where we explore neural networks for reinforcement learning and transfer learning methods.
