• Study and code the parts as per AET tables (Color tables). • Review and Enhancement of Bill Of Material (BOM). • Analyze and follow up with BTV to correct the KEM. • Create Konstruktions Einsatz Meldung (KEM) for new carlines. • Reverse documentation to support the production of new variants. • Create Bundel for Interior parts. • Update Model Year KEMs to support prototype production. • Release of parts for the testing , procurement and production purpose. • SRM creation.

Supervising Inventory • Supporting suppliers regarding pricing and logistics. • Action Short Lead Orders (Customer Orders) Requests • Action any Invoice Queries • Action non-conformance issues and populate spreadsheet. Identify root causes and provide solutions. Working close with Production team for delivery of orders on time

The scope of the project is to form the manufacturing drawings of 747-8 Boeing aircrafts. • CATIA-V4 models are converted to CATIA-V5 products & the drawings( Re- drafting) are prepared according to the customer’s requirements. • Recreation and remodeling of parts is very necessary in this project. • Proper sections are taken in the drawings & made according to the customer’s requirement. • Tools Used : CATIA V5 , Enovia
