Implementation of Supply Chain team for Oakley brand – apparel /footwear and accessories – during change management’s transition period; Work with Product Development team to understand, anticipate and secure future product capability needs; Work with offshore factories to maintain on-time deliveries;Work with internal logistic team and freight expediters/forwarders to negotiate the best shipping/freight charges; Responsible for the initial gross margin; scouting new vendors
