Manufactured new furnace according to project execution Dismantled pipes utilities systems (air,gas,water,lubrification) of old furnace. Mounted,centered,welded component parts (Caissons) from new furnace. Mounted equipmqnts inside & outside of furnace ( radiant tubes, driving rollers,cooling tubes,heat excengers,dampers,sheaths,fans) Assembly of pipe systems Precommissioning activities : -Air blowing - Pressure tests - Leak test

Coordinate our Company crews for understand blue prints, P&ID’s, piping specifications and QA/QC requirements . commissioning activities.I assure the proper execution of inspection and testing in accordance with the field quality control plan and monitor the adequacy result. Responsible for preparing piping specification. -Responsible for reviewing of construction drawings such as piping 3D drawings, isometric drawings, support drawings

WASIT GAS PLANT – CO GENERATION PROJECT (ARAMCO) Involve in steam blowing activities of WASIT GAS Plant – SAMSUNG Contractor Steam HP (24”) and LP (60”) steam lines from BOILER 1, 2 and 3 to the HP and LP main steam headers, HP let down Headers and HP inlets to Turbines, LP letdown headers and LP outlets from Turbines and LP steam lines to Dearators. HRSG # 1,# 2,#3,#4 Lines up to HP main header. Preparing temporary steam Piping , inserted target plate and appreciate the cleaning pipes.

Verify vendors drawing, construction drawing, steel structure drawing for installing Equipments, in Reformers , Hydrogen Product Unit , Hydrocracking and Sulphur area. Support all construction activities related to Equipment and Piping. Prepare and check material data sheets and material take off reports. Report, monitoring and eliminate any discrepancies found due to design errors. Ensure all Piping is installed well balanced and stress free.

Air Blowing Steam Blowing Lube Oil Flushing to Compressors (#6) NOVO PIGNONE pipes system. Chemical cleaning Leak Testing Reinstatement and perform systems for leaktest , carry out equipment inspections and preparation for start up.

PROJECT: NGL 4 - GASCO- RUWAIS Supervise activities and lead the pipefitter team for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in conformity with standards (ASME,ANSI,API, AWS):

Supervise activities and lead a team workers for mechanical works at : Aglomerate bunker - Mixer ME31 OK31 - Ignition Furnace 31

Coordinate a team for : Bending, Manufacture and Installation of the pipes after isometric drawings:

Watching over in site the welders and the welding visual inspection and NDT for Structures, Pipes and Equipments. Coordinate activities to Precommissioning and Commissioning on site. Direct production activities to insure safety and compliance with level of quality requirements control standards.
