Managed a team of 16 engineers with diverse backgrounds to build Simpl's flagship product Pay-in-3. Worked closely with the product owner in defining the product roadmap. Performed application architecture reviews and code reviews. Served as a liaison between the Product , Enterprise Architect and Technology team to comprehend and translate business requirements into technical features. Developed a comprehensive project plan that included key milestones, task dependencies, and resource requirements.

Vendor Management (for contractor employees) . Managed 20 contractors and worked very closely with the team in delivering key milestones. Led the Solution design for a digital transformation initiative by automating the business workflow related to ingestion/automated processing of redemption requests for the Global transfer agency.
