In charge of the Mechanics of Materials Lab. Director of committee that proposed and developed a master´s degree program in mechatronic´s engineering.

Design and improvement of agricultural machinery, spare and autoparts using Solid Works & Solid Works Simulation. Support to fabrication shop.

Mechanical design of switchboards (400A to 5,000A) per NEMA, UL 891 & NEC standards. Preparing detailed drawings and bill of materials to release to manufacture. Heavy PRO-Engineer usage.

Mechanical design, Stress analysis, approving new vendors, approval of new and changes to drawings, approval of new and changes in procedures, internal and external customer service, and support to the weld shop. Heavy PRO-Engineer and ANSYS usage. Projects involved with: 1. stress analysis of a welded power frame for a 1650 HP reciprocant pump using Pro-E and ANSYS 2. Member of the team to implement API certification for the swivel and union product lines.
