Technical supervision and coordination of a team involved in PA networks management. I managed a team (7 engineers) involved on an activity essentially divided between a front-end and a back-end: from the proactive alert collection, to its final full resolution, troubleshooting included. Everything, compliance with the terms set by the CNIPA SLA, in agreement with customer. I reported directly to BT managers.

Activity basically divided between front-end and back-end. Troubleshooting of line issues and HW issues, was carried out on CISCO equipment type and DSLAMs SIEMENS or MARCONI. I could meet very different technologies: from the common ADSL, OF, CVP IMA, ULL. The work also included coordination of field engineers supporting different third parties. I was also involved in managing and planning the group's activities as well as in management and coaching / training resources less skilled

Job concerned the identification of products HW/SW for the integrated management of applications in differnt industry fields. There was a direct cooperation with different foreign partners in the study and implementation of classification tests. My responsibility also included: study and preparation of technical documentations.
