• Managed all the EMC&EMI, reliability, safety, high/low voltage, functional, electronic component approval, and supplier process approval tests. • Designed, upgraded or purchased test systems in reply to requirement of new T&Q Group structure and amended standards. • Accreditations from MIKES (Germany) and VDE • Embedded SW Quality.

- Mainly responsible for electronic projects, which will replace all mechanical controls, with strict cost targets while carrying out all regulatory obligations. • Planned and led electronic design process : specification, design, pre-production, test, production and after sales. • Developed of traceability method for the field failure rates of all electronic projects. • Created and realized the idea of reliable electronic component approval process and supplier database of Arcelik

• Project Leader of electronic control and research projects (home automation, sensor applications and smart algorithms, etc.). • Managing all the design and development activities for the cost and quality oriented electronic control boards, meeting the tight schedules and planned budget.
