- Food & Beverage Control - Establish monthly costs and financial review - Daily cash audit, offered and cancelled orders in the restaurant - Ensure business results are met including fixed expenses, labor cost, Food & Beverage costs, and operating profit margins - Assist in developing means to improve profit, estimating costs, analyzing contracts and exploring new business opportunities - Assist in analyzing information, expected sales, expenses and creating annual budget plans

- Establish financial reports: cash flow monitoring and budget variance analysis - Prepare and analyze the Profit and loss statement for all points of sale in the hotel - Prepare & monitor dashboards, follow-up on the reports prepared by the financial controllers - Analyze and follow-up on contracts and insurance procedures.

- Record, control and analyze accounting information - Daily cash audit - Establish invoices and follow-up on accounts receivables - Monitor the accounting dashboard and bank reconciliations - Assist in preparing the synthesis documents and end of the month reports.

- Control expenses, stock and inventory checks - Menu engineering - Analyse Sales, ratios, KPIs and budgeting - Risk identification and corrective measures
