Currently on a bubble assignment leading the recruitment activities for a specific business unit for GE in France. Leading a team of 3 recruiters, whilst supporting various other projects globally.

In my current role I am responsible for global integration of Recruitment services and tools across various countries. I conduct stakeholder, risk and gap analysis and develop project action plans to mitigate impact on project completion. I partner closely with numerous functional work streams and various stakeholders on transition, communication and training strategy while working on multiple projects simultaneously.

In my role as Project Lead I successfully designed and executed a strategic recruitment project delivering commercial hires across various countries for GE Healthcare in Eastern Europe. I partnered closely with the GE Healthcare Business leader in the region, the regional SHRM and the regional GTR Leaders, to ensure the project was delivered against the agreed time, cost and cycle time. I also coached and counselled the local recruiting team, delivering on the specific roles.

Leading Executive/C-suite level hiring across all GE businesses in Europe, and sometimes globally. I partnered with the various talent Recruitment Leaders, Senior Human Resources Leaders and Executive Business Leaders to ensure our Executive Recruitment was best in class, cost effective and up to date. I was responsible for the identification, attraction, engagement and hiring of executives and strategic senior talents into GE.

Designed and implemented an in house Executive Recruitment option. This was aimed at senior hiring (VP level and above) in Europe across the different Energy businesses: Oil & Gas, Power & Water and Energy Management. I developed and executed the strategy to create an in-house headhunting offering comparable to external agencies, which successfully supported Energy and several other GE businesses. This included full life cycle recruiting, talent pipelining and selection of external talent partners.

Key member of the Global Recruiting Team with regional responsibility for Africa for all recruitment needs in the GE Oil & Gas business. The role drove recruiting efforts from a quality and speed perspective for all functions in GE Oil & Gas for Africa, partnering with Local and Global HRMs and Senior Leadership team to understand priorities: Led a small team based remotely in Africa.

Jordan Sheppard (JSE) is a consultancy practice specialized in the field of executive search/ headhunting. I joined the company as a researcher and was rapidly promoted to Executive Consultant and then to Operations Leader. I identified and developed new business opportunities across EMEA whilst managing the delivery of headhunting/recruitment services. This included a 360-recruitment process from mapping, sourcing, approach and selection to negotiation, offer and final search report.
