• Implemented the Chaku-Chaku design on the production lines to improve the production design of the workshop. The results showed better production flow in between the stations and Idle time was reduced. • Worked on Quality control sheets to reduce defects produced on the production line and focused on the continuous improvements of the processes.

• Performed a project on "Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST) and Line balancing.” In this project under the supervision of my industrial guide, calculated Standard time using MOST and by utilization this MOST data performed line balancing. Optimized production processes to ensure time limit is satisfied. • Acquaintance with Lean Tools, Manpower Management, Motion Study and Lean Manufacturing.
