• Determining the extent and validity of individual claims and assessing the liability. • Checking details with policyholders and witnesses. • Negotiating payments made by the insurance company to the policyholder. • Coordinating with Back Office and Following up of Claims • Carrying out detailed assessments in order to reduce the chance of fraudulent claims being made. • Ensure compliance to policies and procedures. • Completing relevant paperwork and reports

•Monitoring the quality of work performed. Troubleshooting and advising the customers. •Prepare a repair order showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service. •Explain the work performed and the charges to the customer. •Initiate proper paperwork for a vehicle repair, and disperse according to department policy. •Co-ordinate with Floor supervisor to ensure the vehicle is repaired and ready for deliver before the committed time.
