•Instrumental in working with ITSO (IT Service Owner), and Delegates to resolve network traffic related queries to support accurate firewall rules. •Performed network traffic analysis based on that write firewall rules in Illumio (to allow service to service traffic, Privilege access traffic related rules). •Supported Deployment of Illumio VENs, and performed log analysis if any failure in install. Also, assisted the fix (through scripting or any other mechanism).
