Recruiter (m/f/d)
Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated person to support in the position as a Recruiter (f/m/d) in an HR team that is young, passionate and a caring working environment. Your Tasks
- Own the full recruitment cycle process for your teams within the company from sourcing to offer, with your main focus to close top-notch candidates for our teams in Germany and our subsidiaries in Sweden & the UK.
- Partner with engineering and commercial team leads to understand hiring needs and define search strategies
- Interfacing with all departments on the creation of job descriptions
- Active Sourcing of appropriate applicants via online job portals like Xing and LinkedIn
- Maintain data integrity in our ATS and report on recruiting metrics
- Managing the operation and relationship of all specialist space related job advertisement sites
- Working with the marketing department on employer branding
- Organize job fairs together with our Marketing department
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor or master study in Business Engineer, Business Administrator or related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a technical environment
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Boolean search, talent mapping, etc.
- Knowledge of different sourcing techniques and platforms to access our target group
- Experience in salary negotiations and pay schemes.
- Experience of recruiting in the space industry is highly preferred
- Fluent English oral and written, German is a plus
- Self-independent and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills, capacity for teamwork and loyalty
- Empathy and a strong service-oriented behavior
