We are seeking a talented Junior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Berlin.

As a Junior HR Generalist, you will support our People & Culture team across the entire employee lifecycle. You will contribute to HR operations, recruitment activities, and employer branding initiatives while ensuring smooth and compliant HR processes. The role combines operational responsibilities with the opportunity to take ownership of selected topics under the guidance of the Head of People & Culture.

Your tasks

• Support HR administration and maintain employee data in our HR systems
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and contract documentation
• Prepare HR reports and support compliance-related processes
• Act as a point of contact for general employee inquiries
• Support recruitment activities (job postings, active sourcing, pre-screening, coordination, reference checks)
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and internal HR projects

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in HR
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (HR focus), Business Psychology, Organizational Management, or a comparable field
• Native-level German and fluent English
• Strong attention to detail and structured working style
• Experience with HR tools such as Personio, LinkedIn Recruiter, Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack, and AI tools is a plus
