How can you contribute to it?
- You are a people person & a humble team player
- Your communication skills are top-notch, and you can naturally build trust
- You are a native German speaker & business fluent in written and spoken English
- You pay attention to details & possess great organizational skills
- Experience in customer service, reception and office management is meriting, but not a prerequisite
- You have a curious and resourceful mindset Computer skills including Microsoft Office
What's the role about?
- Give a first-class welcome to our colleagues and external visitors at the reception.
- Take care of the local Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
- Responsible for office management tasks (e.g. office orders, incoming & outgoing mail, deliveries).
- Support Netlight colleagues with day-to-day matters (See more here: https://vimeo.com/357765819).
- Contribute to sustainability and environmental initiatives (#veggiefirst #trainfirst #fixfirst).
