Your Tasks
- Self-Service & Marketplace Support
- Support with SBA campaign approvals and checks in the Self-Service environment (validation of campaign structure, targeting, creatives, promotions, brand alignment to categories and keywords)
- Assistance with Self-Service troubleshooting (e.g., delivery issues, budget balances, paused campaigns, missing traffic)
- Support with Marketplace seller onboarding, including login creation and troubleshooting
- Performance of technical checks for new dashboard users (Google login verification, permissions, user creation)
- Reporting & Dashboard Operations
- Troubleshooting of Data Sharing Dashboard (Omnichannel, Consideration & Action Reports, SPA performance dashboards) issues with logins and data scope
- Support with Jira ticket creation for dashboard bugs, login issues, or missing data
- Maintenance and updating of reporting trackers (e.g., C&A, Omnichannel, marketplace activity status)
- Campaign-Adjacent Post-Sales Support
- Support with campaign monitoring for SPA/SBA in 10 countries (basic delivery checks, pacing, ROAS and SoV observations)
- Extraction of simple insights from dashboards for Client Success Managers (e.g., deviations from baselines, budget underdelivery notes, low ROI flags)
- Preparation of supporting slides or data snippets for business reviews (Campaign Performance Reviews/QBR preparation)
Your Profile
- Enrollment as a student in the field of digital marketing, computer science, business administration, or a similar discipline
- Initial experience in online marketing (retail media, SEA, etc.), ideally already gained good knowledge of common MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Convincing and professional appearance
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
