Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, steering, and implementation of the HR/People Strategy
- Design and implement the HR Operating Model in alignment with business strategy and organizational needs
- Manage the strategic HR project portfolio and ensure effective prioritization and execution
- Lead and contribute to strategic HR projects across the Schaeffler Group
- Drive the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the HR strategy area
- Lead and coordinate the HR workstream in corporate M&A activities
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor and sparring partner for the CHRO and senior stakeholders
Your Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Extensive professional experience in a senior HR management role, combination of HR line management and HR consulting experience preferred
- Proven experience in HR Strategy, HR transformation, and project management
- Experience in HR Operating Model design and implementation
- Strong management capability in a global matrix organization
- Strong interpersonal, integrative, and communication skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in an international environment
- Visionary Mindset: Strong ability to connect business goals with innovative people strategies and structural operating models
- Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
