For our central HR department in Kassel, we are looking for a full-time HR Officer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• You will be responsible for operational HR work within a defined group of employees and ensure that contracts are processed on time
• Independent, proactive and service-oriented support of the assigned employees and managers
• Active design and permanent optimization of the relevant business processes in the HR department
• You will advise employees and managers on employment law and HR-related issues
• As a key user HR, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing our Time Office roster program, among other things, and maintain close contact with the specialist departments
• Collaboration on HR projects, e.g. conversion to a new duty roster program
• You will process all information for payroll accounting and manage the digital personnel files

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on HR or successfully completed relevant vocational training with additional qualifications in the field of HR
• Relevant professional experience, ideally within the health and social services or service sector
• Knowledge of working with collective agreements and the Works Constitution Act as well as working with employee representatives
• Knowledge of P&I LOGA, the duty roster program "TimeOffice" or "ASES" and very good knowledge of MS Office are desirable
• You are in possession of a class B driving license and are willing to travel
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, analytical thinking, reliability and a high degree of trustworthiness
• Commitment, independence and ability to work under pressure
• You think in a situationally adapted, process- and solution-oriented manner
