To strengthen our team in Cologne, we are looking for you as a Junior HR Specialist (m/f/d).
Your Tasks
- In this role, you will share responsibility for applicant management and handle candidate communication during phone interviews and in-person interviews
- In this role, you will be responsible for creatively drafting job postings and identifying the right candidates
- You will serve as the point of contact for all relevant HR matters and manage both employees and the applicant pool
- In addition, you will assist in drafting contracts and references, as well as in negotiating compensation terms
- Supporting HR-related projects focused on sustainable recruitment rounds out your responsibilities
Our Requirements
- A successfully completed degree; alternatively, you have a comparable qualification
- Initial relevant experience from internships or work-study positions in the HR field
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- You stand out for your ability to work independently, your assertiveness, and strong communication skills, coupled with a high level of self-motivation
- A professional and confident demeanor at all levels, as well as strong interpersonal skills, round out your profile
