You are the First stop for technical faults in Plant of a leading automobile manufacturer , receive reports by phone, email and system, provide first aid and coordinate repair work – no call center , rather central technical customer service with responsibility.

Your profile
Completed technical or craft training (e.g. mechatronics engineer, electronics engineer)
Technical understanding and Experience im Customer service or Facility Management advantageous
Safe handling of MSOffice; ideally knowledge of SAP or CAFM Systems
Willingness to shift work (Early/Late/Night) and Weekend shifts in 24/7 operation
Resilient, structured Work and friendly demeanor even in stressful situations
Your tasks
receipt and Bearbeitung technical fault reports by phone, email and system
First technical assessment and telephone help
prioritization and coordination of Repair operations in the factory
Documentation and tracking all processes in CAFM system
Communication with internal departments and external service providers
