Location: Monticello, WI On-site (Flexible hours during regular business hours)
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year (Based on experience)

In this role, you'll support the sales process from start to finish — managing customer accounts, entering orders, resolving issues, and helping ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers
- Enter and monitor sales orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Coordinate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams
- Communicate updates or issues with customers
- Assist the sales team with quotes, reporting, and documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and portal updates
- Support trade events, customer visits, and promotional efforts
- Help manage customer forecasts, inventory, and seasonal needs
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- CRM experience is a plus
