YOUR TASKS

  • You develop and manage comprehensive marketing concepts and the associated processes for initiatives of PAYBACK’s largest partners.
  • You support the strategic development of partners with a focus on satisfaction, partner goals, and uplifts.
  • You regularly create analyses to derive insights for marketing campaigns.
  • You quickly and precisely translate complex content into management-ready presentations and are able to present them appropriately to various stakeholders (C-level, partners).
  • You calculate business cases for decision templates for our partners.
  • You prepare performance metrics and derive optimization potential to improve performance.
  • You manage goal-oriented project work with cross-functional teams to successfully implement innovative marketing concepts.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a university degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or consulting.
  • You demonstrate senior-level presence, assertiveness, and strategic thinking.
  • You possess strong conceptual and analytical skills and can quickly and effectively anticipate complex issues.
  • You are able to visually and clearly prepare and present marketing concepts and analyses at a management level.
  • You are familiar with all processes related to multichannel marketing (offline, online, mobile) – from target group definition to performance evaluation.
  • KPIs, CPO, CPM, and customer journey are not foreign terms to you.
  • You have excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
