I was the consultant and supervisor of a project in a detergent industry. This project was an enterprise project with multi organization setup. we have implement this project with oracle technology stack and oracle E-business Suite (Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The methodology of this project was oracle Application Implementation Method (AIM). we have used the full life cycle of this methodology.

I was director of specialized team of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) using oracle products (Oracle E-Business Suite). Inside this group there were following specialized groups: 1- Oracle Project Management Group. 2- Oracle Financial (Cost Management, Fixed Asset Management, Cash Management, Account Payable, Account Receivable) Group 3- Oracle SCM (Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management) Group. 4- Human Capital Management (HCM) Group.

The IT Solution provider is a most important task for organization that need an Integrated Enterprise System. Differents organizations based on type of it's business are using different IT solution. In order to meet the goals of organizations with different businesses, integrated systems require thier own costs and having a good IT solution can both be effective in reaching the goal and cost.

Because of organizations using differnet infrastructure systems and platform to meet system requirement, therefore the integrity of these different systems is most important. For instance, the integration of Microsoft Solution and Oracle Solution in a specific organization needs specific expert and team. This team responsible for the totality of solution.

Research and development team in IT companies is one of most important group. I have worked as a team manager in an enterprise project. The scope of this project included all levels of the organization and research and development was a key activity for the project. The method of integration bettwen different solutions was an issue that we solved inside this group in this project.

Inside IT projects there is an activity which is a key activity. This activity is test which includes Unit Test, system Test, Integration Test, Acceptance Test, Security Test and ...I was director of test team for an IT project.

In companies with IT expertise, which the type of all their projects are information technology, a specialized team that maintains and develops basic software is the basic software team. Inside this specialized team there are specialists from the Operating system, Database, Middleware, Programming tools (like: Java, Oracle ADF, oracle Form/ Report, C#, … ) Foundation and methodology that supports the application group.

I have been the head of the database management. This team was responsible for supporting and maintaining the Oracle Database in all IT projects.

At Siemens Germany in Munich, I had a lot of basic software training, which I successfully completed all of them. These tutorials included the Operating system (BS2000) System generation and etc (Certificates are also available) In 1990. I continued to work with Software AG products, and I did support for the ADABAS database, and after some time I became known as the database administrator and NATURAL programming language specialist.

Since I had a background of designing and implementation integrated information systems, I was selected as a system analyst. By this job, I gave various technical support to various projects and systems.

Initially, I started working as a designer and implementation of integrated information system in an enterprise organization with IBM platform. We have developed some systems like Human Resource Management System and Purchasing.
