• Coordinate operations between Customers and Vendors. • Handle customer escalations in case Delivery of Operations is dissatisfactory. • Follow and maintain all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by relocating the customers from one place to another. • Deliver Customers' Experience.

• Depute the working staff (skilled and unskilled) at site and keep their attendance etc. as per requirement of Factory Act • Attend the coordination meeting related with Annual Rate Contact and Overhauling. • Worked for Annual rate contract, awarded for Operation and Maintenance of ESP and fans of 4X210 MW plants of CSPGCL, namely HTPS, CSPGCL, Korba West.
