Founded and managed the credit risk underwriting vertical for M/SME Lending product for Delhi region; collaborated with sales team & customers to evaluate and structure new transactions, prepare credit memos to be presented to credit committee. Ensured nil delinquency in portfolio over 2 years. Conducted policy & system training workshops. Handpicked by Risk head to coordinate and manage the flagship unsecured product program in partnership with Fintech start-ups.

Worked with IDFC Banking Project team to set up the credit risk processes, policies and systems for IDFC Bank for which the operations started October 2015. Few examples of work:- Single-handedly led development of scorecard for SME secured loan products within the rule based engine - FICO. Designed rule flows including calculations, condition & deviation rules, eligibility assessments and scorecards that could interact with Mortgages Loan Origination software.

Led the Comparison Analysis of Rating Model between different vendors by carrying out sensitivity analysis on existing IDFC Portfolio; finalised the model parameters, conducted user acceptance & parameter testing and approved delivered rating models.Contributed to bank wide risk policy framework by advising on BASEL 3 norms on risk models, capital adequacy calculations

Project: Principal gaps in FDI Statistics and recommendations on how to improve them; published by NCAER on 10th March 2015 • Analyzed unstructured & complex primary data using Excel & Stata; classified 1000+ questions by MP tabled in the Parliament • Conducted benchmark study of FDI data collection techniques with other countries; interviewed senior policy makers, statisticians across India, US Department of Statistics and Europe

Augmented the donor fundraising strategy by developing a data driven strategy tool in a period of 2 month
