- Planned and Managed the roll-out of MS Dynamics CRM in Contract Logistics and Integrated Logistics business units globally up to Post-Migration Testing and Super users Training using Agile methodology. - Requirements analysis and requirements management up to the 5th sprint. - Running bi-weekly meeting with CL Steering Committee, in addition to a progress presentation to Senior VPs.

- ERP Evaluation and Selection (from RFI and RFP through Demo Script to Decision Matrix) - Handled the ERP, BPR, BI implementations. - Execute monthly presentations for the Board of Trustees (BOT) and C-level Executives on the progress of the projects and its strategic alignment

-Biz Kernel was awarded 2 ERP and one CRM projects. The largest one was by SpaceToon Stores, where the ERP was to be deployed in 14 Stores and 2 Warehouses in addition to the HQ. Biz Kernel RMS is deployed in every store. -Initiated 20+ Microsoft Dynamics ERP pre-sale processes for leading enterprises in different industries, and attended 3 Technology Expos. -Had been awarded training, consultation, and development contracts with a leading Food and Beverages manufacturer.

- Started from scratch; hired the IT staff and managed the systems acquisitions. - Closely managed building the IT infrastructure and systems implementation: Network Infrastructure, Internet Connectivity (Satellite, ISDN, and ADSL), Accounting System, Microsoft and Linux Servers, Microsoft Exchange and ISA servers, Avid iNews NRCS and Integration. - Developed and implemented a service platform to serve the enterprise in IT aspects, in order to handle the challenges in multishift operations.

- Managed a total of 4 Microsoft Dynamics ERP and one Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations in the GCC region. The major one was for General Authority for Health Services - Abu Dhabi. - Contributed consultancy to a total of 2 ERP implementations in manufacturing industry. - Initiated and managed the Business Alliance between EMPA and Evincible Solutions (Microsoft Gold Certified Partner).

- Started as System and ERP Administrator and Crystal Reports developer. I was promoted in December 2003. - Managed the delivery of the ERP implementation in MTC and manipulated the Benefits Realization processes. - Managed building the IT infrastructure in the newly constructed HQ building in Jebel Ali Free Zone. - Implemented Microsoft Dynamics FRx, and designed the company’ Financial Statements. - Implemented SAP Crystal Solutions Enterprise (formerly BO Crystal Solutions).
