In charge of IT projects management and providing professional, technical and operational support for Systems, Infrastructure and ICT services relating to acquisition, development, management and other ICT resource decisions across the departments.

Recognized as SME for datacenter and virtualization with a strong problem-solving capabilities, good communication skills and ability to multitask; I manage all related to servers and network infrastructure both hard and virtual for the company.

Responsible for day to day maintenance services and update checks of servers hosting the company's intranet, databases and applications servers. Ensuring smooth running of the organization's network architecture and datacenter. Administrative network support and maintenance services. Ensuring other IT service deliverables are effected within a stipulated timeframe.

As IT assistant, I was in charge of the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies, such as communication and presentation systems. My duties included tracking inventory, configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users. Moreover, I worked as at a help desk; answering calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or communication systems.

Application design and development; Analyze user problem and find appropriate solutions for computer related problems; Installs, modifies and makes minor repairs to workstations; Provides technical assistance and training to system users.

While strengthening my skills in Linux/Windows systems, networks/security, this specialization allowed me to acquire the expertise to optimize and guarantee availability, reliability and security of data in a context of evolution of companies towards virtualization technologies and cloud computing.

The course provided me in-depth conceptual understanding and knowledge of the best technology in networking (wired/wireless), security and voice solutions. It also trained me on how to design, build, troubleshoot and secure computer networks.
