My main activities could be summarized in: * Optimization of processes by supporting analysis of existing business processes * Collaboration with different functions to secure Digitization projects * Identification, development, and gathering of the necessary resources to complete sub-projects * Administration of HR system, managing expectations of stakeholders * Monitor progress and control of digitalization projects in international branches (Italy - Australia - Germany)

As a project manager my responsabilities extended throughout tasks that involved the control and monitor of ERP implementation of projects. My main responsibilities were: * Project Management: ERP implementation projects (Odoo) * Manage of scope, timelines, procedures, resources to ensure successful projects * Analysis of business processes, identifying potentials and improvals * Interface between different development teams and clients. * Manage expectations of involved Stakeholders and communications

In this Start-up, my activities crossed within multiple departments. The agile methods and proactivity were really important to establish new processes and standardize an implementation methodology. During the interval of time I helped the organization, the ISO 9001 certification was about to be implemented, in that regard my main responsibilities were linked to: * Assessment, standardization, and optimization of Critical business processes * Adequacy of Key Process Indicators (KPI) for all the departments * ISO 9001 certification consultant to implement best practices

In a company working mainly in the construction, my activities as a Safety technician were strongly linked to: * Monitor, identification, and control of labor risks * Implementations of processes to guarantee OHSAS 18001 standard
