I was responsible for management and development of global accounts within Vodafone’s largest and fastest growing business unit, Global Enterprise. Working with Vodafone's strategic customers and with a focus upon new business, my priority is to identify how Vodafone's new and existing technology can generate tangible benefits for my customers. This often involves working together with executive key stakeholders across different business areas.

-Delivering against annual targets on Revenue and TCV, while controlling operational expenses of the team -Personal involvement to win and retain large / complex accounts and maintain strategic customer relationships -Management of governance, including management of internal and external stakeholders, to ensure all appropriate business sign offs are achieved -Active involvement in planning and strategic steering of business; Complex multi-line reporting both with direct reports and upwards;

-Identifying customer requirements and developing creative and innovative customer-centric solutions -Grow the relationship with my customers to become the trusted partner who can deliver solutions, enhancements and training on a consultative basis -Develop a good understanding of the customer needs, products and vertical market
