Manage project execution and Coordination with Clients & Authorities to delivery of EPC 220/11kV HAL Electrical Substation Project (Project Value-570KINR) including 11kV cabling network(50kM) & SCADA integration. • Managing a team for delivering the projects inline with Client requirements • Close Coordination with all stake holders to enhance the performance and deliverables • Timely Billing to ensure proper cash-flow with customer satisfaction

- Managing a team of professional Project Management team for delivering the key KPI for the business unit - Enhance the performance and deliverables by encouraging the team for increased productivity and on time delivery - Ensure customer satisfaction as the key focus of the team - On time transparent reporting of the risks & opportunities and action plan for mitigating in the best interest of the business unit.

- Carryout Substation construction management activities for 132/33kV/11kV Substation as per client’s specification - Planning of Substation projects as per the agreed time schedule with detailed scope of works to increase the OTD of the projects. - Conducting progress review meetings, regular interaction with the Client / Consultants from the design phase till the project Close out. - Close coordination with the Client / Consultant & the Utility for the timely completion of the project

-Carryout Substation management activities for the completion of the erection & commissioning of the DEWA Substation as per client’s specification & requirements. - Responsible for the overall erection activities of all Substation equipments (Switchgears, Transformers, Cables both LV & HV, Earthing system, Control & protection panels) with MEP services. - Monitoring, planning & control of all the Substation activities as per the schedule with periodic meeting with the Sub Contractors

- Preparation of plans for shutdowns, switching program getting approved also confirm that all safety rules & regulations are implemented. - Plan coordinate operate & maintain Main Substation equipments (SF6 CB 34.5KV, Transformer 14MVA, NGR) with power utility company (MARAFIQ) control room. - Inspection & checking of substations during & after the outages, site visits, followup action - Instrumental in the planning & Execution of up gradation of the MV Ring loop network

- To manage the Technicians for the operation & maintenance of all Electrical & Mechanical installations. - Carry out Daily, Monthly & Breakdown Maintenance of the equipments.  - Also ensure the uninterrupted power to the customers & safety equipments including fire pump network. - Carry out billing of the Utilities for the customers & payment to the Utility.

- Carry out duties related to supervision, control & protection of MV power stations.  - Plan & Carry out routine, Preventive (monthly & annually) & corrective maintenance of MV power supply equipments.  - Assist work in control station & function automated by the aid of Electro-Mechanical or PLC controlled system.  - Perform control operation & influence the processing of the information acquired by the MIMIC panels.

- An ISO 9001 Organization manufacturing the a range of products like Bus ducts upto 24 KV 12.5KA (IPB, SPB, NSPB) - Medium Voltage VCB upto 500MVA 11KV 2000A (Indoor, Outdoor) Cubicles (LAVT, NG, GAC for upto 33MW GTG) - Instrument Transformers (Indoor upto 24KV & outdoor upto 145KV) - Also OEM for M/S Mitsubishi Electric Corp. & member for GE power sourcing U.S.A.
