At Principal33, a fast-growing European software company, I lead both the HR and since 2024, the Marketing departments. My role combines everything related to people, culture, and brand, all aimed at supporting the company’s sustainable growth. Over the years, I’ve managed both local and international teams, ranging from small groups of people to larger teams of 15+. I’ve been deeply involved in recruitment, employee retention, training, internal communications, and employer branding initiatives.

Stefanini is a global IT services company with over 15,000 employees worldwide and around 1,500 in Romania at the time. I was fully responsible for managing all HR-related processes for one of the local offices, supporting approximately 70 employees. I managed every aspect of the employee experience, from hiring and onboarding to payroll inputs, performance reviews, salary adjustments, medical leave, time tracking, personnel records, internal communications, engagement activities, and exit procedures.

Led recruitment across the entire pharmacy chain nationwide, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring and executive search. Managed end-to-end processes, from strategy to interviews and onboarding. I also handled everything in between – building from scratch, adjusting workflows, and supporting teams where needed. Gathered market intformation on competitors’ HR practices and developed both recruitment and employer branding strategies to stay ahead.

One of my key responsibilities in this role was designing and leading the first internal Recruitment School, a development program through which I trained and guided a group of up to 10 individuals. The program included tailored onboarding, learning tracks, and hands-on practice. Participants were later integrated either into client organizations or remained part of the internal recruitment team.
