· Build an end-to-end explainable predictive-maintenance pipeline in the KNIME Analytics Platform, combining native KNIME nodes with embedded Python for components lacking native support. · Trained and tuned two gradient boosted classifiers (XGBoost, CatBoost) on the Bosch Production Line Performance Dataset (~1M+ records, ~4100+ features) with extreme class imbalance (~0.58% positive, ~171:1), using Bayesian optimization (hyperopt / TPE) inside nested cross validation.
