Responsible of construction the real estate project ‘BOSQUES DE NAVARRA’ with a budget of USD $4.7MM, a 9-story building with 2 underground stories.  Coordinate the engineering, and architecture design of the building with different kinds of project planners.  Project control, with PMI standards.  Coordinate with contractors and vendors the activities of the project.  Responsible of 70 people.

 Supervise the technical part of the projects that the Bank finances.  Formulate a database of budgets depending on the region where projects are to be constructed.  Control of projects’ budgets. Costs analysis to control overprices and under-funding.

 Project control; costs control; materials, subcontracts, labor appropriation.  Elaborate complementary budgets, unit prices analysis.  Responsible of hour control of small equipment and heavy machinery for costs control and payment.  Prepare monthly economic informs of equipment and heavy machinery for payment.  Report daily efficiency informs so that reducing unproductive hours and low-efficient machinery disposition.  Responsible of 20 people
