Responsible for redefining the strategic approach for digitalization of the group’s portfolio, securing the funding for it’s development, and responsible for the go-to-market execution.

Review of the group’s execution towards the 2025 stargets, and finetuning of the corporate strategy in alignment with a multitude of stakeholders, departments and the C-Board. Long-term market demand projection, and overal group sales volume and pricing forecasting, leading to and reviewing the group-wide financial forecasting. Special focus on the group’s digital transformation strategy and management of the multi-million, multi-year cooperation with Microsoft.

Global product manager for the group´s world-wide isostatically pressed refractories business; coordinating efforts between operations, R&D, sales, and senior management. Coordination of the group´s sensors, mechanic systems, and refractory departments split accross six different countries, with four legal entities. Product owner for a novel high temperature sensor hardware & software.

Responsible for the creation of the company’s image and branding, definition and maintenance of information management and quality systems, technical quality assurance, sales support, and partners and providers management.

Development of thermo-chemical modelling for Blast Furnace operation. Implemented SMED mill change S&OPs at Bergara rolling for 2% productivity increase via improved mill location planning. Designed atomized water construction profile cooling S&OPs at Bergara rolling mill for alloying costs reduction.
