• Support and technical advice for international customers and external representative (telephone or email) • Customer visit abroad (with an efficient schedule) - about 1 week each month • Planning and support of domestic and international fair appearences (Marmomacc Verona, MADE Expo Milano, Swissbau Basel, Natural Stone Show London, ISH Frankfurt, etc.) • Creation of quotation calculations, entry of orders and monitoring of the ordering process as well as communication with the production

• Processing of customer orders - from quotation to deliveries (including emission of delivery and custom documents) • Emission of invoices as well as payment check including dunning • Coordination and planning of the deliveries • Price negotiation with national and international suppliers • Planning and support of national and international trade fair (Marmomacc Verona, Stone+Tec Nürnberg) • Contacts with suppliers and forwarding agencies

• Contacts with forwarding agencies and cooperation with international carriers and partners • Disposition and processing of truck transport orders to and from west Europa • Planning, controll and handling of the tours • Monitoring delivery times and driving personell • Care of the existing customers and acquisition of new • Freight calculation and administrative activity

• Warehouse management, control of incoming goods, disposition of outgoing goods, document processing and implementation of annual inventories • Management of the employees in the warehouse logisitics and shipping department.
