Functioning in a Lead Planning/Scheduling and Project Controls role on FEED and EPC portions of a 500 mw Power Plant/Transmission Line/Gas Pipeline JV project-FEED, resource loaded EPC Schedule Options development and justification, special project control related studies, cash flows.

Responsible for/Managing (around 8 SWAI Project Control personnel) in a EPCM role-Planning (Primavera P3) Resource Loaded Schedules, Cost Control/Forecasting, Contract Administration, Accounting departments for SWAI at Castle Peak Coal Fired Power Station (4x800mw supercritical coal plants)-scope of work included emission controls-FGDs (Flue Gas Desulphurization), SCR/BOFA (Selective Catalytic Reduction/Booster Over Fire Air) and other related work to make plants environmentally compliant by Feb 2011.

Planning/Scheduling for Commissioning a 695 megawatt supercritical coal plant-Longview- in Maidsville, West Virginia- meetings with Vendors~ collection/entry into P6.1 (Primavera Enterprise) of scope/sequence of commissioning activities from Vendors and Siemens, aiding in Integrating commissioning schedule with Master Schedule. Utilized P6.1, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat.

Responsible for/Managing (around 10 KJO personnel) in a PMC role-Planning (Primavera P6) Resource Loaded Schedules, Cost Control/Forecasting/Cash Flows, Contract Administration, Procurement, Document Control (Primavera Contract Manager/Expedition) departments for KJO at main Contractor’s Offices in Cairo for US$772 Million Al- Khafji (Saudi Arabia/Kuwait partitioned zone) Offshore project. Oversight, Due Diligence over Contractor Project Services function, Business Administration for KJO-by Controlling Work

Siemens Energy, Orlando-> Analysis of Delays postponing completion of project according to Baseline Program for the Kirkuk Iraq Projects (Simple Cycle Project - Siemens V64/V94 machines); including Schedule Analysis, Resources & Equipment/Material Usage/Forecast review, Subcontractor Execution & Implementation Plan examination, aiding in the Financial/Commercial Impact studies and preparation of relevant Reports to be used as a basis for Claims Presentations (Client – US Aid/Bechtel International).

Developed summary & detailed Resource Loaded EPC/Eqpt.Supply schedules for Simple & Combined Cycle Power Plants upto 600 MW (Including Industrial Steel/Concrete Structures-Generation/Control Room Buildings & Field Erected Tanks), maintained/monitored schedules, aided in selecting General Contractors’ Lead Project Controls Representative and continuously guided/mentored General Contractors’ Project Control function.
