As a professional within LSG Group, I am responsible for driving strategies, defining processes, and conducting training related to Halal compliance. Additionally, in response to the pandemic, I have taken on the role of managing and maintaining the IT system/platform (CAQS) that is used to report on global operations quality and compliance KPIs. This includes analyzing and visualizing quality data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

I was responsible for the implementation, governance, and ongoing improvement of several critical systems, including Halal compliance, sustainability (RSPO & ISCC), FSMS 22000, and GMP. In addition, I was responsible in conducting supplier audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards

I was responsible for ensuring that Halal compliance is maintained through the examination of records, reports, operating practices, and documentation, as well as through direct observation of operational activities. By closely monitoring these areas and verifying that established internal control procedures are being followed, it helps to ensure that Halal compliance standards are consistently met.

My responsibilities in this role includes monitoring the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of several management systems under the TQM framework. This involves ensuring compliance with the specific requirements of each standard, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000, Halal, Kosher, and ISCC. By closely monitoring these systems and identifying areas for improvement, it helps to ensure that each management system operates effectively and efficiently.

My primary responsibility is to develop new products and packaging materials. This involves preparing prototypes and determining the process required to bring the product to market. By closely analyzing the product and packaging requirements and identifying the necessary steps to meet these requirements,it helps to ensure that new products are successfully developed and ready for launch.

My job scope involves defining test methods, conducting testing, and compiling results to ensure that production and laboratory processes meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations. This requires a thorough understanding of the applicable regulations and customer requirements, as well as the ability to design and implement effective testing protocols.
