During my seven-month internship at Aramex, I gained hands-on experience in logistics and last-mile delivery. I conducted a study with couriers, analyzing delivery efficiency and optimizing the Route Load Target model. Using Power BI, I performed regression analysis and refined the courier incentive model, leading to cost reductions and operational improvements in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Tunisia. This experience enhanced route optimization and capacity planning through data-driven decisions.

As a Marketing Intern at Toyota, I contributed with the digital marketing team to further develop their website, and supported the team with day-to-day activities. It was a valuable experience that strengthened my communication skills and provided insights into the automotive industry. Grateful for the opportunity.
