Support business as Manufacturing Consultant (Production Planning, Quality Management, Plant maintenance) in EIMEA region by using the knowledge of Henkel global template processes, as well as regional and local specificities. Meet the local business demand by proposing template solutions whenever possible or propose and implement enhancements to global template processes to cover regional business requirements to fit to the global guidelines and architectural frame-works.

Responsible for the development of the monthly demand plan (S&OP Forecast 12 months horizon), as well as the maintenance & delivery of a weekly level forecast. I monitor inventory levels, shipments, supplies, slow movers stock, and demand planning metrics and drive improvement plans with the goal of continued improvement in forecast accuracy, I analyze historical data, plan and forecast demand using SAP supply chain and APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) modules + Excel VBA Macros.

I conduct operations standardization and lean management projects and provide a proactive and effective support to plants’ teams to implement / comply to corporate CPS standards. Each project starts with a diagnostic of the current state, then followed by a benchmark to define best practices and ends by the standard redaction, implementation, and control. Contribute in “Fast Problem Solver” system using PFMEA tool.

Final project Internship in Leoni in the Supply Chain Management Department working on analyzing raw data and developing new Key Performance Indicators for the procurement, inventory, and warehouse management to monitor the performance of processes and detect problems which is necessary for continuous improvements. Developed optimization solutions and data analytics macros to calculate automatically the KPIs with VBA codes programs (Excel programming) for line feeding, warehouse, and inventory management.
