I work as a coach to train youth from a disadvantaged background.

a) Recruit new young according to our needs. b) Responsible for making interviews with applicant. c) Evaluate team members and find our weakness. d) Analyse and evaluate every event to find out negatives. e) Evaluate our general meetings and committees meetings to see how they communicate with each other and their work on progress or not.

a) Lead the way in articulating a vision, mission, and strategic goals and objectives for the Society; model trust, respect, and cooperation in all interactions. b) Preside at all Board and Executive Committee meetings of the Society. c) Appoint committee chairs, create and dissolve task forces, and appoint liaisons to committees and other entities. d) Serve as Chair and Board liaison to the Compensation Committee and liaison to the Honors and Awards Committee.

a) Responsible for conducting Interviews for all delegates. b) Responsible for interviewing the new members who wants to work with our team. c) Responsible for our Evaluation System. d) Responsible for tracking our achievements. e) The management of our database. f) Predict problems and expect solutions.

Following up with the attendees and Setting a profile to each attendee and measuring their progress from the very beginning till the last session.
