Lean system deployment & ERP Scope of requirements and data preparation for SPSI Computerized Maintenance Management System Deployment for Kandil Glass

Successful led the new Xylem facility inauguration in Egypt and steered the production & supply chain operations launch in Egypt along with SAP-ERP deployment with all deliverables within budget. Designed, sourced, and commissioned all factory equipment, tooling, assembly fixtures, storage, and handling devices. Hired, trained, and engaged all the manufacturing team.

Steered cross-functional teams to implement cohesive lean material programs driving headcount and cost reductions through material flow optimization and digital solutions implementation. Streamlined policies and procedures while ensuring risk reduction and robust controls are in place using SAP functionalities.

Led cross-functional teams for effective problem-solving ensuring compliance with quality standards and managed continuous improvement initiatives to drive reduction in downtime and direct headcount using GM lean system (GMS) tools.

Conducted and published detailed mapping and assessment of plastics and automotive feeding value chains. Managed diverse teams of professionals, driving collaboration with the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Federation of Egyptian Industries to achieving project outcomes.

Led cross-functional teams in the execution of the new material warehouse and facility layout facelift CAPEX projects on time within $4.5 Mil budget leading to $0.5Mil annual saving along with SAP successful launch on time and within budget in Jul. 2014.
