In charge of the end-to-end full recruitment process and life-cycle from discovery to on- boarding process that includes: ‣ Creating hiring strategies with the hiring managers ‣ Actively sourcing candidates through different sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Projects and other local job boards ‣ Screening candidates’ profile and conducting initial screening calls ‣ Scheduling interviews ‣ Creating salary proposal ‣ Drafting offer letter ‣ Supporting on-boarding activities
