A Senior Manager with a highly successful background in the implementation of Business Transformation, Organisational Change, Functional Change and Business Process Optimisation, enabled by SAP. Has experience in managing large complex programs, within tight budgets and timelines, including the leadership of global teams operating in multiple locations across different geographies and cultures.

Implemented a Decision Support platform globally based on Best Practice Business Processes and common Master Data leveraging the capabilities of the GLOBE Template solution. Was instrumental in the alignment and adoption of Key Performance Indicators to enable common Performance Management throughout the Company.

Program Lead responsible for the Design, Construction and Testing of the first and second versions of the Global Template.

Led the definition of the Supply Chain Best Practice Process Strategy Blueprint which was approved by the Nestlé Management Board and became the basis of the GLOBE Template design.

Developed and implemented a pan European support strategy for Application Support and Infrastructure support through the creation of two new support centres in Warsaw and Brussels. Led a project to create a single European business process template by leveraging the United Kingdom solution design to achieve business process and data alignment across all Nestlé European entities.
