Achievements: • Savings on the project for the packaging suppliers selection of 1,5 million €. • Leader of optimization projects: avg. savings of 150.000 €/year.

- Leader of production processes development projects. Budget: 350.000 € - Manufacturing responsible on Product Development and Time To Market Projects. - Leader of the Community of Practice on statistics methods at a global level in the organization. Achievements: • Martin Hilti Innovation Award (Liechtenstein) and iF Innovation Award (Hannover) given to the new launching “Blechspeedy”. • Launching of the course on Statistic Methods at the Hilti Group.

- Work in the project for the product development of a new drill bit generation. - Final thesis: “Investigations on the drill bit robustness with the aid of Numerical Simulation”. Grade: Excellent.
